We are open to individuals seeking domestic violence services, advocacy, resources and referrals from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments will not be required, however, we encourage individuals to call our 24-hour hotline at 775.329.4150 to determine whether in-person service provision necessary.
Our donation room is now open. Victim survivors and non-victims in the community can access free clothing and small household items at our Vassar St. administrative facility Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Regarding in-person service provision: clients are required to wear masks to receive services. Masks will be provided to those who need them. Clients are also required to follow safety (hand washing, use of hand sanitizer) and social distancing protocols (maintain six feet distance between each other and staff) and to answer health screening questions. Individuals who refuse to follow safety and social distancing protocols will be asked to leave.
