Open JAR: A Potentialist Romance…Almost is an original performance piece created by Kelsey Sweet to generate awareness and discussion about sexual violence. Kelsey is writing, producing and performing this show as part of her Master’s thesis at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. Kelsey’s personal experience gives her the opportunity to be a role model and voice for others to share their stories and bring attention to the impact of sexual violence on victims, the community and beyond. She has generously offered to donate a portion of ticket sales to CAAW.

Performances will be held at The Potentialist Workshop at 2275 Dickerson, Reno, Nevada 89503, Reno, NV. The show will open April 10th at 7 pm and run Thursdays (7 pm), Fridays (7 pm) and Saturdays (5 pm) until April 26th. The final performance will be held April 26th at 5 pm. A minimum $10 donation will be collected at the door and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to CAAW. CAAW staff will be available at the opening and closing performances to answer questions.
